Submitting a book

If you have a book to be considered for review in Aquatic Mammals, please e-mail our Book Review Editor, MaryEllen Mateleska, for mailing address information at: mmateleska@searesearch.org

Book reviewers

Book reviewers will be provided with a complimentary copy of the book in exchange for providing a review to Aquatic Mammals. Reviews are usually returned by e-mail, but can also be returned by post. We ask for reviews to be returned roughly 4-6 months after receipt of the book.

Reviews should be:

  • Approximately 2-3 pages in length
  • Double spaced, 1″ margins and 12 pt Arial font

Be sure to include:include:

  • ISBN
  • Complete title of book
  • Complete list of authors
  • Number of pages
  • Year published
  • Name and address of the publisher
